Refund Policy

Total Door Hardware Ltd. doesn’t offer any Return or Exchange option unless the client may claim genuine quality or delivery issues. Total Door Hardware Ltd. holds the sole right to accept or refuse such claims and offer return or exchange option at its discretion. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by totaldoorhardware.co.uk and accept totaldoorhardware.co.uk decision regarding the cancellation. In any case, the material if accepted for return or exchange, must be made available to Total Door Hardware Ltd. nominated delivery service,  in its original packaging along with original tags, within 10 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Total Door Hardware Ltd. shall refund the money to customer registered bank account after receiving the material and checking the material is receiving back in right sellable condition within 15 days of receiving the material back. We will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice.

Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy :

www.totaldoorhardware.co.uk may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the www.totaldoorhardware.co.uk would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering on www.totaldoorhardware.co.uk. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
